HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE IF I CHANGE MY MIND ?

 

Any cancellation order made after 72 hours will be denied automatically. Please note that processing time won't take any longer than 72 hours, sometimes even shorter (depends on the order) for cancellations.

 

 

HOW AN I CANCEL AN ORDER ?

 

You'll have the option of cancelling your order directly from your confirmation email within 1 hour. If it's been longer than 60 minutes, email support@cartlos.com to find out what happened.

 

 

I ACCIDENTLY CANCELED MY ORDER CAN I RESUME IT ?

 

If you've canceled your order on Cartlos and haven't received it yet, we're here to help you out replacing new order. Email support@cartlos.com if you have any questions.

 

 

I CANCELED MY ORDER, BUT I’M NOT SURE IT WENT THROUGH. CAN YOU CONFIRM IT HAS BEEN CANCELED?

 

You can cancel your order using the link in your order confirmation email. If you haven't received a cancellation confirmation email, let us know at support@cartlos.com. Make sure to include your original #Order number so that we'll take a look at your order.
